Assuming your product or service solves a real problem for your customers, there are 3 basic things to focus on:
- Being known by your potential customers (are people aware you exist?)
- Being liked by your potential customers (if your business was a person, would it have friends?)
- Being trusted by your potential customers (can you show or prove that you’re trustworthy?)
